Construction Cost Validation and Assessment

We evaluate the invited contractor to examine their fitness to tender for a job and afterwards we recommend the appropriate contractor to be shortlisted for tender exercise. Then, we evaluate the tender submission from the shortlisted contractor by analyzing the breakdown in their tender submission. Lastly, we will recommend the most competitive and appropriate contractor to be awarded for the job.

We are capable of speedy verification by engineers and Quantity Surveyors who are familiar with ASEAN construction projects, mainly in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. We can also support cost reduction negotiations and consider improvement proposals (VE / CD).
