first step

Please contact us

First of all, please feel free to contact us. Inquiry can be received through telephone, e-mail, or Inquiry Form link. Please do not hesitate to ask questions about services that can be provided by Plus PM Consultant. We will e-mail you our company information including service contents and achievements.

second step

Meeting, WEB conferencing

We will conduct hearing to understand the contents of our clients’ business. The meeting can take place at your office, Plus PM Tokyo office, Osaka office, or Plus PM Consultant’s Kuala Lumpur office. it can also be done via video conferencing.

third step

Propose how to proceed with the project

After hearing, we will propose the best way to proceed the project by resolving issues for the client, such as for business proposal, schedule, etc. Usually, we provide free of charge at this stage, but we will inform you in advance in case of any charges, depending on-site situation and inspection.

fourth step

Contract, and start the project

Submission of quotation and signing of Agreement. Agreement will be made based on the understanding of the business contents, schedule, budget, etc. Principally, the contract will be made with Plus PM Consultant Sdn. Bhd., but can also be made with Plus PM Co., Ltd., Japan.
