KOA DENKO (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. completed its new factory in the Ayer Keroh Eco Park Industrial Zone, Melaka, with the handover ceremony held on April 16, 2025.  Among all KOA Group facilities worldwide, this factory stands as the largest single production facility within the Group. Construction began in August 2023 and was completed in April 2025. Plus PM Consultant provided comprehensive project management services from the land selection stage through to design coordination, contractor selection, site supervision, and handover support.

Project Characteristics

•   This was the project where Plus PM was involved from the land selection stage.
•   Among all KOA Group facilities worldwide, this is the largest standalone factory.
