SDPLOG_BBR2 Metrohub 2 Project

Sime Darby Property and LOGOS have embarked on a strategic joint venture to develop Metrohub 2, the first warehouse facility within the newly launched E-Metro Logistic Park in Bandar Bukit Raja. This pioneering development marks a major step forward in enhancing the region’s logistics infrastructure.

Metrohub 2 comprises two blocks of ready-built, two-storey general warehouses designed to meet the growing logistics demands from Port Klang and surrounding areas. Strategically located, the facility offers seamless connectivity to key transport hubs and supports a wide range of warehousing operations.

The warehouse project emphasizes top-notch standards in architectural and M&E finishes, features fire protection system utilizing ESFP technology, and is environmentally rated with Green Mark certification, reflecting a commitment to delivering sustainable and reliable logistics solutions.
