On April 16, 2025, KOA DENKO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (hereinafter referred to as KOA Malaysia) held a handover ceremony for its new factory project. KOA Malaysia is a consolidated subsidiary of KOA Corporation, which was founded in 1940. The new factory was planned as an additional production site to complement the existing facility and was constructed in the Ayer Keroh Eco Park Industrial Zone in the state of Melaka. Among all KOA Group facilities worldwide, this factory stands as the largest single production facility within the Group.

Construction began in August 2023 and was completed in April 2025.
This project was managed by Plus PM Consultant from the land selection phase, including negotiations with the industrial park developer, support for the formulation of the basic plan, selection of the design and construction firms, on-site supervision, and handover management. We were responsible for comprehensive project management throughout the entire process.
Thanks to the dedicated efforts of all parties involved, the construction was successfully completed, and the handover ceremony was held as scheduled.
