Groundbreaking ceremony for a new plant for passenger car tires in Serbia was held by TOYO TIRE.
On July 24, 2018, the groundbreaking ceremony for TOYO TYRE MALAYSIA‘s new TTM second phase factory was held in fine weather. This project is a big project with a total floor area of over 80,000㎡.
The groundbreaking ceremony was held in Japanese style by a major Japanese general contractor who undertook the design and construction, and was prayed for safety and success of the construction by Izumo Taisha Malaysia Kosha.
Plus PM Consultant served as a construction management (CM) company and prayed for the safety and success of the project in front of God. Until completion and delivery at the end of August 2019, Plus PM Consultant will thoroughly manage “cost”, “schedule“ and “quality”, which are the key to the success of the project, and will carry out consideration for safety and the environment from the client’s point of view. We will work together as a team to complete the project.
