AEON MALL KOTA BHARU

This is AEON’s first shopping mall project in East coast Malaysia. We provided guidance of AEON’s design and construction standards to local architects and contractor with no shopping center experience at all. In order to raise the construction quality of local contractor, we implemented on-site inspections and improvement meetings. During construction, although the whole town area was hit by monsoon flood, we managed to control the progress delay to the minimum for mall opening as planned.
