SHABU-YO Sunway Velocity Mall Project

This is the first restaurant project of SKYLARK Group (SKYLARK MALAYSIA SDN BHD) located in a renown shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur.

Plus PM carried out total management up to business operation, such as negotiations with the building owner management, design management / related regulation check, construction management, and business license acquisition support. Amid the problem of construction interruption caused by the new coronavirus (Covid-19), we checked the construction start items and negotiated conditions with all stakeholders in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of building owner management regarding the resumption of economic activities. We were able to achieve the grand opening in a short period of time.

• Executed negotiations based on construction demarcation, asset demarcation (A / B / C works) and survey with the building owner management

• Coordinate consultant meetings among Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Japan
