SKYLARK MALAYSIA AEON Mall Tebaru City PROJECT

Skylark Group’s SKYLARK MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. has opened a new “Shabu-Yo” restaurant in AEON Mall Tebrau City, Johor Bahru. This marks their fifth project in Malaysia. 

Role of Plus PM Consultant Sdn. Bhd. 

Plus PM Consultant Sdn. Bhd. has previously handled projects at Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Pyramid Mall, Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC), and Setia City Mall. For this project, they were responsible for design supervision, regulatory checks, negotiation of handover conditions with the shopping mall, cost reduction through bidding, and support in drafting construction contracts. 

This project is the first store opening in Johor Bahru and given that both our office and Skylark’s office are in Kuala Lumpur, it required closer coordination and negotiation with contractors and the mall than previous projects. Therefore, we implemented thorough quality and schedule management and provided full support including assistance in obtaining business licenses to ensure smooth business operations.
