TOYO TYRE MALAYSIA New Factory (Phase 2) Project

This project is the Phase-2 expansion of the production capacity of TOYO TYRE MALAYSIA with over 100,000 m² floor expansion and renovation. The opening ceremony was attended by the Malaysian government’s Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry, Dr Ong Kian Ming and the Japanese Consul-General in Malaysia, as well as other guests and local officials.

Plus PM involved in the project from the final selection stage of the tenderer. Plus PM was also appointed to manage the construction stage for the on-site management on costs, check VO, schedules, quality, and safety management. The construction period was initially delayed due to geological improvement on soft ground and heavy rainfall. Concurrently, we held discussions with the contractor to recover the construction period and deliver the project as planned.
