TOYO TIRE SERBIA NEW PLANT PROJECT by Toyo Tire Corporation was completed on 14th December 2022.

This is a factory construction project in Serbia to operate global business including European/Western markets.

Plus PM Consultant joined the project from the beginning stage as a construction advisor, and conducted land searching, tender advice, checking of tender documents, supporting Fidic engineer and so on. We also conducted the site management such as coordinating with the main contractor, material handling and installing, and checking the schedule, progress and quality of project.
