Construction of a new factory aimed at enhancing production capacity and strengthening quality control system. In order to award the construction within project budget, we selected the design & build contractor through proposal method and carried out the CM work from planning stage, design stage, construction stage on behalf of the client. We well aware and worked from the requirements of “show factory” to visitors, which is the request of the client. As a result we were able to complete the show factory with quality, cost, and schedule as originally scheduled.
