Sanyo Chemical Laboratory

This is the first overseas laboratory project of a Japanese pharmaceutical manufacturer. Plus PM provides cost, quality and schedule management until completion of the project. Phase 1 design & build was done by local contractor but Phase 2 construction requires special facilities for research laboratory, we proposed the scheme of direct order to Japanese subcontractor. As a result, cost reduction and laboratory quality was realized and project completed within schedule. Although there are issues related to schedule and quality in overseas project, we act on behalf of the client without compromising, and able to realize a laboratory with high quality & functionality and strict observance of construction period.
