Malacca College Engineering Report

A Japanese real estate company requested Plus PM for real estate due diligence (survey report on physical conditions) in order to judge the feasibility of investing in real estate properties in Malaysia.

Based on the standard Engineering Report format set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan, Plus PM conducted the feasibility study and supported the Client by submitting report on legal compliance / building diagnosis / city procurement price etc according to Malaysia local standards.
