We offered construction management tasks to support the whole new construction project of a main logistics company operating food supermarkets. As a logistics facility dealing with food, the client has high demand in quality facilities including hygiene control. Aiming in high quality assurance and cost reduction, as well as clear classification of responsibility and control, we implemented cost on order for refrigeration facilities. We worked closely with the long-term viewpoint of client’s management, and support the client to realize the cost and schedule of the project as planned.
