We support in the construction plan of a new food processing factory supplying food to the group restaurants of the operator and nursing home. We compiled the requirements for the factory and made a basic plan that takes into consideration the balance of quality, function, and cost. At tender stage, we clarified the tender classification and supported in each cost assessment. In addition, we coordinate with the operator in the contractor selection for direct work (tenant construction), schedule of site work, and complete the construction without any loss and within schedule.
