This is a renovation project for The Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur, a club house for the Japanese community in Kuala Lumpur.
This facility was a Japanese school in 1976 and was converted into a clubhouse since 1995 and has been used until now. However, since it is more than 40 years old, some modifications/renovation to the existing building shall be done to meet the current law.
Plus PM involved not only in the building investigation but also in renovation planning, authority submission coordination, contractor selection, safety and quality control and authority inspection for certificate acquisition (certificate of completion & compliance with current regulations associated with renovation work).
