The Cancer Institute Hospital Of JFCR

Plus PM carried out the extension of the new wing of Cancer Institute Ariake Hospital which consists of additional operating room and the renovation work of the ICU, pathology, outpatient and administrative department. At the design stage, we made a rehabilitation plan that effectively utilizes existing buildings and in-hospital movement plan for construction stage and worked to visualize cost and schedule at an early stage. At the construction stage, we did not only manage quality and processes, but also support in-hospital mobility assistance, coordinated client’s direct contractor, and worked towards completion of the project within planned schedule.
