Puri Botanical Project

This is a joint operation project by PT TOKYU LAND INDONESIA. It is a 35-storey high-rise condominium apartment with 3 basements located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

In order to realize the concept of PT. TOKYU LAND INDONESIA, Plus PM managed the design process, proposed VE/CD items and managed the tender process. After VE/CD, Plus PM monitored the overall schedule, checked drawings, coordination with various consultants to support the completion of design documentation to Japanese standards.

Project Characteristics

• Localization of Japanese designer concept and standards, instruct local designers, and manage preparation for building permit documentation

• Remote management among Japan, Indonesia and Malaysia

• Execution of cost reduction proposals, value engineering proposals in design management to minimize costs, reflection in building permit documentation.
