KEWPIE MALAYSIA New Office Project

This is a renovation project for the sales office of KEWPIE MALAYSIA SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur. Plus PM joined the project while the estimation of renovation plan was being submitted by the general contractor. It was our mission to compress the estimates that were far over the Client’s initial budget.

Plus PM undertook a total management from cost reduction, project strategy proposal, tender scheme, negotiation with old and new landlords, design coordination to site management.
