Malaysia’s First Outlet by Skylark Malaysia SDN.BHD.【SHABU-YO Sunway Velocity Mall】Grand Opening Ceremony

The first outlet of SKYLARK MALAYSIA SDN.BHD under SKYLARK GROUP is now opened on the 3rd floor of Sunway Velocity Mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This 128-seat restaurant offers unlimited flow of pork, beef, nearly 20 types of vegetables and desserts etc.

Plus PM Consultant provided a total support to SKYLARK until the commencement of its business operation such as coordinate in the demarcation of works and responsibilities with the building owner (Sunway Velocity Mall), relevant laws and regulations check, quality check during construction stage, schedule management and business license acquisition support.

Despite the suspension of construction due to the impact of coronavirus (Covid-19), Plus PM has strictly adhered to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Sunway Velocity Mall for resumption work inspection and condition negotiation with all stakeholders and managed to accomplish the goal for its Grand Opening within a short time.
