This project is an office relocation project of Daifuku Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a leading provider and consultant of material handing system.
With the occurrence of Covid-19 outbreak, we have made adjustment to coordinate the delivery and overall schedule of all trades and made the best use of the limited time to complete the project.
The office has become spacious and comfortable after taking into consideration the business expansion and additional staff of the Client in the future.
Plus PM Consultant participated in this project from initial stage before the office is rented.
We prepared project plan, proposed adoption of separate order scheme, coordinated in design supervision, quotation check/evaluation and negotiation with the building management on behalf of the Client. We also carried out on-site management until the completion of business operation, including support for office moving schedules.
