The Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur renovation project is now completed.

This is a renovation project for the Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur (JCKL), a club house most beloved by the Japanese community in Malaysia.

Located in Taman Seputeh, this building was established in 1976 as a Japanese school.

It was used as a school for about 20 years until the Japanese school moved to Subang in 1993, and was converted into a clubhouse since 1995.

However, after 40 years passed, it was found that some areas of the building did not meet the latest building legislations & regulations.

Plus PM Consultant has engaged in the renovation project and managed from not only building diagnosis, making of renovation policy, maintenance schedule, authority submission coordination, tender and construction management (safety and quality control), but also obtaining compliance certificates from relevant authorities for the renovation works).

In March 2020, it was reborn as a building that can be used safely for the next 20 years.
