New Factory (Phase 2) Project by TOYO TYRE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD is now completed.
This project is a large-scale project that exceeds 100,000㎡, even though it is an expansion of the existing factory. Although it was a project in a region called in Taiping, Perak, Malaysia, where there was more rainfall compared to other areas, and the significant construction delays are, but in August, 2019 we were able to complete and deliver the project as scheduled.
The grand opening ceremony was held on 3rd October, and the ceremony was attended by Mr. Takashi Shimizu, President of TOYO TIRE Co., Ltd., and Dr. Ong Kian Ming, Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia, at the new factory and we felt high level of interest and expectations for the new factory.
