This is an office relocation project of Daifuku Malaysia Sdn Bhd who is a leading provider of material handling system.
During the project period, the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) occurred, and we have to adjust the delivery schedule and overall schedule of all trades by making the best use of the limited time to complete the project while complying to the strict SOP of Malaysia government.
Plus PM participated in the project from the initial selection of the office space and supported in project strategy planning, proposal of tender scheme, design coordination, quotation assessment and negotiation with both old and new building management. Including support in relocation, we performed on-site management until operation start of the Client.
