DAIFUKU Malaysia New Office Project

This is an office relocation project of Daifuku Malaysia Sdn Bhd who is a leading provider of material handling system.
During the project period, the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) occurred, and we have to adjust the delivery schedule and overall schedule of all trades by making the best use of the limited time to complete the project while complying to the strict SOP of Malaysia government.

Plus PM participated in the project from the initial selection of the office space and supported in project strategy planning, proposal of tender scheme, design coordination, quotation assessment and negotiation with both old and new building management. Including support in relocation, we performed on-site management until operation start of the Client.

Project Characteristics

• Conduct site survey before Client's signing of tenancy, vet contract / handover conditions with lender, and implement risk management

• Study the impact of the new coronavirus (Covid-19), always clarify the risk of schedule delay, and support discussions on delivery dates with building owners.

• Implement total management with separate order system for ID work, M&E work, IT & security systems.
