In this project, we made a cost reduction proposal at basic design stage, confirm the basic design diagram by approximate simulation with actual prices, collect technical proposal from contractors and exchange opinions to reflect in the specifications and requirements of basic design. Also, at the tender stage, we reviewed technical proposal of each contractors and carried out a cost reduction assessment that made use of the construction method change and proprietary technology. After that, by evaluating the technical proposal and the assessment of quotation, decision for successful bidder within the planned price could be achieved.
