Tokyo Saiseikai Central Hospital

It is the rebuilding project of the hospital of Tokyo Metropolitan Hospital which has 100 years of history. We create a basic concept with “catchphrase” by taking into consideration the connection of “center of the era”, “center of the region” and “spirit of SAISEI” under the bad condition of a narrow site. This project was for the emergency maintenance for earthquake resistance medical facilities. In order to solve the problem of how to reduce construction cost at the great rise of construction cost, we adopted a comprehensive evaluation of nomination competitive bid that reflects cost reduction proposal from contractors.
