Penang Japanese School Renovation Project

A renovation project was carried out at the Penang Japanese School in conjunction with the relocation to an existing school building.
The project focused on upgrading both architectural and building services aspects to ensure continuity of the educational environment and safety, while complying with current regulations and operational requirements of a Japanese-style school.

Plus PM Consultant was involved throughout the project lifecycle, from the design phase through to construction completion, providing coordination among stakeholders and comprehensive construction management under limited time and budget constraints.
