{"id":8054,"date":"2020-07-13T16:32:41","date_gmt":"2020-07-13T08:32:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pluspm-dev.asiaquest.my\/news\/the-japan-club-of-kuala-lumpur-renovation-project-is-now-completed\/"},"modified":"2023-01-11T15:05:43","modified_gmt":"2023-01-11T07:05:43","slug":"info-017","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.plus-pm.com\/en\/news\/info-017\/","title":{"rendered":"Completion &#8211; The Japan Club Kuala Lumpur renovation project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur renovation project is now completed.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a renovation project for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jckl.org.my\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur<\/a> (JCKL), a club house most beloved by the Japanese community in Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in Taman Seputeh, this building was established in 1976 as a Japanese school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>It was used as a school for about 20 years until the Japanese school moved to Subang in 1993, and was converted into a clubhouse since 1995.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>However, after 40 years passed, it was found that some areas of the building did not meet the latest building legislations &amp; regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.plus-pm.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plus PM Consultant<\/a> has engaged in the renovation project and managed from not only building diagnosis, making of renovation policy, maintenance schedule, authority submission coordination, tender and construction management (safety and quality control), but also obtaining compliance certificates from relevant authorities for the renovation works).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In March 2020, it was reborn as a building that can be used safely for the next 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/200713.jpg\" alt=\"200713.jpg\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur renovation project is now completed.
