BHD. office relocation project is now completed.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This project is an office relocation project of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daifuku.com\/company\/groupcompanies\/g08\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Daifuku Malaysia Sdn Bhd<\/a>, a leading provider and consultant of material handing system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>With the occurrence of Covid-19 outbreak, we have made adjustment to coordinate the delivery and overall schedule of all trades and made the best use of the limited time to complete the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The office has become spacious and comfortable after taking into consideration the business expansion and additional staff of the Client in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.plus-pm.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plus PM Consultant<\/a> participated in this project from initial stage before the office is rented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We prepared project plan, proposed adoption of separate order scheme, coordinated in design supervision, quotation check\/evaluation and negotiation with the building management on behalf of the Client. We also carried out on-site management until the completion of business operation, including support for office moving schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We prepared project plan, proposed adoption of separate order scheme, coordinated in design supervision, quotation check\/evaluation and negotiation with the building management on behalf of the Client.
