We are pleased to announce that Plus PM received the Excellence Award for the AJINOMOTO NEW FACTORY PROJECT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a project to relocate and build a new factory after 60 years of operation since its establishment. The new factory consists of two production buildings and four non-production buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"news-text-bnorder\" style=\"border:2px solid #0A3E6C; padding: 10px; text-align:center\">The CM Award is an annual program awarding the successful construction management (CM) projects in Japan and overseas.<a href=\"https:\/\/cmaj.org\/index.php\/ja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Construction Management Association of Japan<\/strong><\/a> (CMAJ) sponsors the program to promote construction management and transparency in construction. Another purpose of the program is to foster construction management professionals with ethical values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13dcfb31344d4d675d7a4131ac6552cb\" style=\"color:#0a3e6c\"><strong>AJINOMOTO NEW FACTORY PROJECT<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"padding:10px 20px; background-color:#F0F5F9; color:#0A3E6C\"><strong>The Ajinomoto Group&#8217;s largest-scale project involving the complete relocation of operational functions at a facility<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<style>li {\n  list-style-type: none; \/* Remove default numbering *\/\n}\n\nli strong {\n  font-weight: bold; \/* Make the number bold *\/\n  \/\/margin-right: 0.5em; \n}<\/style>\n\n<div style=\"padding:0px 20px\">\n<li><strong>1.
